Refund Policy
Liseer provides digital software services and instantly consumable assets (AI Credits). Because our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we maintain a strict refund policy.
1. All Sales are Final
Except as expressly provided in these terms, all purchases are non-refundable. Once a subscription (Pro or Max) is activated or AI Credits are added to your account, you have immediate access to the value provided, and therefore, no refunds will be issued.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellation
You may cancel your Liseer subscription at any time. Please note the following regarding cancellations:
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds or credits for any unused time in a billing cycle.
- Continued Access: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to all premium features of your chosen plan until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Future Billing: Cancellation ensures that you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
3. AI Credits
AI Credits are consumable digital goods. Once purchased, they are added to your account balance and are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether they have been partially or fully consumed.
4. Technical Issues
In the event of a significant technical failure that prevents you from using the service as described, please contact our support team. We will prioritize resolving the issue. Refunds in these rare cases are granted solely at the discretion of Liseer management.
5. Account Suspension
Accounts that are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as fraud, invalid traffic, or illegal content) are not eligible for any refunds.
